Data access agreement

Also called data sharing agreement, data use agreement

A data access agreement is a formal contract specifying what you're allowed to do with a dataset you didn't collect yourself: how it can be stored, shared, and eventually deleted. Breaching it can jeopardize the arrangement for everyone after you.
