Confidentiality
Confidentiality is an agreement that identifiable participant data will not be disclosed to others, the data may still technically identify someone, but access to it is restricted and protected.
In context
You'll usually need this when data must stay identifiable for the study to work, but participants still need assurance over who can see it.
